Clients reviews about SJB Outdoors

Fabulous job on my new awning…salesman Tyler was very professional and helpful with placement, fabric selection and design. Quick turnaround time for installation and the install crew was great also. We looked at other companies, and decided to go with SJB for their skill, honesty, price structure as well as many satisfied customers. I always read reviews before purchasing a big item, I thought this review may help others in deciding also. Again, very satisfied customers. Well done SJB! ~ Riki

Awesome company! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. Our salesman, Tyler, was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He made the entire experience stress-free and kept us informed every step of the way.We couldn't be happier with the service we received and the quality of the work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be referring them to all of my friends and family! ~ Olivia W

The team that install our sunshade was great, all very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Cleaned up and left the job looking like it did when they arrived, except for the new install so they left it better. Took the time to adjust the shade and explain how everything works. Great team would recommend them to anyony, they work well together. ~ Grunt T

Ron (owner) and Manny (creative consultant) are amazing. The process was easy, from deciding what I wanted (color, hardware, size etc) to install. My awning is top quality. And many, many thanks to the "3 SJB Amigos" doing install on a scorching hot day. I will hire them again if I need an awning. ~ Karen S

This company did a great job. They paid attention to every detail, including matching the powder coat color on the units to the house color. They even painted the screw heads by hand to match as well. Highly recommend this company. ~ rehab
